studio loetta accepts PayPal and credit cards, processed through Stripe.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes.
We offer shipping to Canada and the United States. We are able to ship anywhere in the world upon request. Please contact the shop to receive an invoice with a shipping rate for your order.
We do our best to get your orders out quickly. Orders are processed within 2-3 working days, and shipped out via Canada Post. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Within Canada, standard shipping is 5-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Expect delays during unpredictable pandemics. For the US, standard shipping is 5-14 business days.
Orders are shipped in the order they are received throughout the work week.
Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We offer local pickup for anyone in in the GTA. Please choose this option at checkout and wait for a notification. Your order will be ready for pickup within 3 days of placing your order and the pickup location will be included in your notification email. We will then arrange a time to meet either through email or text.
Returns + Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges as all of our objects are one of a kind. Please expect slight imperfections with found objects and handmade ceramics. However, if something arrives to you damaged or broken, we will happily refund your order!
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and studio loetta is not responsible for returns lost in mail.
